3. Account Registration and Security

To use 999p, you are required to create a personal account using your registered mobile number. Each individual may only hold one active account. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials.

• You must keep your login credentials — including your mobile number and password — strictly confidential. Do not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 999p support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 999p is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the user failed to protect their credentials.
• 999p reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or misrepresent identity is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 999p complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 999p does not warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to verify this independently.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

999p accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency symbol ৳ is used throughout the platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed at the time of transaction within your account cashier. 6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to manipulate game outcomes or transfer value between accounts in ways not permitted by 999p.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any content on the 999p platform without the express prior written consent of 999p. Unauthorised use of 999p intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Responsible Gaming
